At TKC, we are passionate about delivering neurodiversity-affirming psychological and allied health care for our neurodivergent community. Equally central to our mission is providing a supportive and dynamic training environment for professionals at all stages of their careers.

Since our beginning, TKC has served as a development hub for early career and experienced psychologists alike, supporting growth in areas such as Autism, ADHD, neurodivergent-affirming practice, comprehensive psychological assessment, and evidence-informed treatment. As we’ve grown, we’ve welcomed other allied health professionals into our team, who are now also thriving in a workplace that values personal and professional development.

This is made possible through the commitment of our clinical leadership team, who dedicate time and care to supervision, training, and developing clinical resources and procedures. Together, we’ve built a workplace that prioritises psychological safety, professionalism, and strong clinical governance - while staying creative and progressive in how we work.

We are currently accepting expressions of interest from psychologists wanting to become part of our friendly and innovative clinics in North Perth, Fremantle and Bayside Melbourne.

At The Kidd Clinic our primary goals are:

  1. To enjoy coming to work and

  2. To provide exceptional psychological services for children, adolescents, and their families.

We are one of the leading training and clinical providers of Psychological Services for autistic individuals with mental health difficulties (e.g., anxiety, depression, OCD, gender dysphoria, and Pathological Demand Avoidance).

Our neurodivergent affirming, progressive, client-centred, and collaborative approach means that we are consistently undergoing growth.

We are excited to meet skilled psychologists with a passion for autism and exemplary clinical and ethical practice.
