She/Her
Registered Psychologist

My biggest passion is providing a safe space for my clients to explore, learn, and grow. I have a collaborative, patient, and person-centred approach to therapy. I respect the wealth of knowledge and unique personality characteristics that each individual brings to the world and the therapy room. I believe my role is to make what already shines, shine even brighter.

My particular interests are working with trauma across the lifespan, anxiety, depression, and self-worth. I work from a Schema, Emotions-Focused, and Acceptance and Commitment styled therapy approach. I enjoy incorporating self-compassion into my work and acknowledging the person for who they are, their experiences, and strengths. I deeply value culture, neurodiversity, and support the LGBTQIA+ community.

I can speak intermediate-fluent Korean and can conduct sessions in Korean if needed.

Outside of work, I love reading, watching anime and K-dramas, being outdoors, and anything animal related (I’m obsessed with my dog, Farrah. I would love to meet your pet/s!)
